WHAT IS BJJ?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art focused on grappling and ground fighting techniques. Unlike other martial arts such as Karate or Taekwondo, BJJ emphasizes holds and submissions, with any strikes being prohibited

The main idea is to use proper techniques, leverage, and grips to defeat an opponent regardless of their size and strength. This makes BJJ especially popular among those who want to learn effective self-defense in real-life situations
